Shipping policy

We make every effort to process and ship orders within four business hours. We use Canada Post and UPS as our shipping services provider. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. 

In order for in-stock products to be shipped on the same business day as the date the order was placed, the credit card must be successfully authorized before noon Eastern Time. Orders for which credit cards are authorized after 12 pm EST will be shipped on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates, and they do not guarantee delivery in the event of inclement weather. In certain areas of Canada, such as Yukon, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Customers are responsible to keep track of their order delivery using the provided tracking number and make necessary arrangements to receive/collect the order when it is delivered to prevent damage, loss, or theft.

Amore Toscano Canada is not responsible for order tracking after they have been received by Canada Post or UPS, nor for orders that are damaged, lost, or stolen. Customers are to work with the shipping service provider to investigate the non-receipt of any order.

To qualify for complimentary shipping, the order value must be $100 and above before taxes and after applicable discounts. Discounts, applicable taxes, and shipping & handling charges do not count toward the minimum purchase threshold.

Please note that orders qualifying for complimentary shipping are shipped via Standard.
